get fresh eyes on your grant proposal

(Eyes that know what it takes to win one)

A grant strategy and editing process for researchers who want to give their proposal an edge.

Health Research Grant Review Process

what a grant review can do for you:

You can trust that you’re checking all the boxes your reviewers need to see to give you a great score.

You can trust that you’re using all the right strategies to make sure your reviewers are impressed.

You can trust that you’re explaining your study clearly and persuasively.

You can trust that you’re giving reviewers a strong justification for the study you’re proposing.

You can trust that your proposal is cohesive and convincing.

You can trust that your proposal is well-written and interesting.

You can trust that you’re staying on track (because I’m gonna hold you accountable).

You can trust that you’ve done absolutely everything you can to give your proposal an edge.

In case you missed it:

This is for go-getters only.

My clients are people who are used to working their butts off and sticking to a deadline. People who are accustomed to juggling eleventy billion things at once, and who still manage to get it all done.

Writing big operating grants is no joke.

And if you want to get it right, if you want it to be so effing good they can’t ignore you, you need to make sure that you have your sh*t together. You need to make sure you leave no stone unturned.

Are we cool? Great.

Now let's get to work.

here’s the process we’ll use to write the best grant proposal of your career

  1. PREP CALL: We talk about your research and your proposal, and we agree on Round 1 and Round 2 deadlines.*

  2. ROUND 1 REVIEW: You send me your draft on or before our deadline, and I return your document with my recommendations.

  3. REVISION TIME: You work on revisions based on my recommendations.

  4. ROUND 2 REVIEW: You send me your revised draft on or before our deadline and I return your document with my recommendations.

*The deadlines depend on which package you choose: 4-week, 6-week, or 8-week. More details below.
